In this video I show you how to open a crashed Logic Pro X project.
If you’ve tried to open a Logic Pro X project and it hangs at a certain point, and doesn’t seem like it’ll EVER open, then all is not lost.
It could mean there is 3rd party plugin causing an issue. You need to go into the project and remove the problem plugin.
How do you that? By going into Logic Pro X in safe mode. Safe mode, will disable the plugins and allow you to remove the plugin and save it as a new project.
Use this method to open corrupt Logic Pro X projects, and get back to creating masterpieces.
The same method can be applied when you double click the Logic Pro X icon and hold CTRL. Apply the same methods in the video and Logic Pro X should run as normal.
Be sure to give the corrupt Logic Pro X project a NEW name and save it in your default folder.
