It’s finally here – The first “KC Sounds” contest for music artists!
Contestants will record a song using any beat from “KC Sounds” beats store, shoot a music video or simply use a still frame image and upload the video to YouTube, and 10 artists who have uploaded the best songs by the end of January 2016 (as picked by KC Sounds and his team) will win a variety of great prizes such as cash, beats and mixes! You will also be included on our “KC Sounds Presents Mixtape” that will be released soon after the end of this contest! Prizes and details listed below.
HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST:
- Send us an email right now with the name of the beat you’d like to use for your entry from: www.kc-sounds.com.
We’ll email you the beat of your choice for FREE and you also get mp3 leasing rights with it so you can even release the song commercially if you like after you’ve entered our contest!
We’ll send you the beat in mp3 format – if you’d like to get a wav or tracked out version instead you’ll have to purchase a license from our site. You can also use any beat that you’ve previously purchased from us.
- Record a song, make a video, and upload it to YouTube.
You can either shoot a music video or simply use a still frame image for the video such as your photo or logo.
The uploaded YouTube video must include “KC Sounds Contest” in the title and a link to www.kc-sounds.com in the description.
- Submit your entry by emailing us the link to your YouTube video by January 31st, 2016 (kcsounds7@gmail.com) and posting it on our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/KCSoundsMusicProducer
Contest Rules –IMPORTANT–
The beat used for your entry must be from: www.kc-sounds.com
The YouTube video title must include “KC Sounds Contest”.
The video description must include a link to our website eg: “Beat by “www.kc-sounds.com”
The video must be unique and not used for any other contest.
The panel of judges for this contest will be KC and his team.
The contest begins on January 1st, 2016.
The deadline for submissions is January 31st, 2016.
Contest Prizes:
1st Place: $50 (£30) + song featured on our Mixtape.
2nd Place: Wav Beat Tape (10 beats) + song featured on our Mixtape.
3rd Place: Mp3 Beat Tape (10 beats) + song featured on our Mixtape.
4th-10th Place: Song featured on our Mixtape.
All contestants also get mp3 leasing rights for the beat they used for their entry for FREE.
